Product Exchange and Return Policy

If the item you received does not fit and you wish to exchange its size or return it, please inform us by email at info@vmeda.lt

Items can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Returned items must be unworn. Labels must not be damaged or cut. The product's commercial appearance must not have changed. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Money for the goods will be refunded within 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the account you provided.

You cover the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the goods are returned due to inadequate quality.

When a defective item is returned, we undertake to replace the defective item with an analogous one. In the event that we do not have an analogous item, we will refund the money you paid for the item.

The buyer must ensure the safe return of the item.

Product Returns:

Before sending the securely packaged shipment, please inform us by email at info@vmeda.lt and send the shipping code.

Items purchased in Lithuania are returned via OMNIVA, LP EXPRESS, and DPD terminals: Dangeručio g. 1 - Vilniaus PREKYBOS PARKO UNA parcel locker (Vilnius). Shipping number: +37060756576

Product Exchange:

To exchange an item, size, color, etc., please contact us by email at info@vmeda.lt. After agreeing on all necessary details, securely pack the shipment and send the shipping confirmation/number/code.

The buyer covers the costs of product exchange.

Upon receipt of the items to be exchanged, we will immediately send a new order or refund the money if we do not have the exchanged items in stock.
