Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as "Rules") are a document that defines the general rights and obligations for both the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for acquiring goods and paying for them, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, and the liability of the parties.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree to both the Purchase Rules and the applicable Privacy Policy. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the online store, provided personal data, read the Rules and the Privacy Policy, clicks the "Place Order" button.

The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account changes in sales circumstances and the requirements established by legal acts.

The following terms and conditions are intended for all customers of the online store, defining user registration and account usage, online reservation of goods, order placement, and contracting for the sale of goods. Payment for goods

If an order is placed and not paid for within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and the goods returned to sale.

If another person is paying for the goods, it is ESSENTIAL to indicate the order number or the name and surname of the person who placed the order in the payment purpose field.

A paper invoice will be attached to your shipment.

Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Artea, Revolut bank electronic banking services. Payments are possible in Euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
